How Do I Pay Rent?
Rent rates and the due date are set in the lease. As soon as a lease has been signed, you have legally agreed to the terms and conditions.
Rent can be paid through an online payment system, Rent Cafe. Once you have signed your lease and a move-in date has been initiated, you will receive an email with the Rent Cafe sign-up link.
How To Place Work Orders?
On your Rent Cafe portal, you will be able to log in and place work orders. Or you can simply click here.
What If I Have An Issue That Is Not Work Order Related?

What Are Utilities and How Are They Paid For?
Utilities are the basic necessities you need. These include electricity, water, heat, and trash pick-up. These utility bills are not included in your month’s rent.
Can I Decorate Or Make Changes To The House?
Painting and installing new fixtures to your rented home will require approval from the home owner. Be sure to ask for permission before making any changes to the interior or exterior of the home.
What Is The Security Deposit For And Will I Get It Back?
The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent which is used as collateral for damages to the unit, late fees, key charges, or delinquent rent.
Your security deposit will be refunded if the property is left in as good condition as it was received and no outstanding balances.
Do You Allow Pets?
The home-owner decides whether or not pets are allowed. This also includes the type and size of the animal. If pets are authorized, a refundable pet fee will be required with the security deposit. All pet records and immunizations are required and must be up-to-date prior to moving in.

Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Weekends are request only.
I Like One Of The Properties I Have Seen. What Are My Next Steps?
Please reach out to Rhonda Rogers regarding the property you are interested in. An in-person or virtual walk-through appointment will be conducted. If you are interested in renting the home, an application, credit and background check will be required. The processing fee is $25.00 per person over 18-years of age that will be living in the home.
